Web Design Packages Your web site is a reflection of who you are. You decide what information your web site displays to your audience - or we can offer you some support in this area. Whether you are using the site as a marketing platform for a service-oriented business or are you selling a product? You know what type of experience you want your viewer to have. By working together, we can create a high impact, economical site that can sell your products and services to the best advantage, maximizing your web presence. We offer a variety of design packages that are scaleable to suit your business needs.

Hosting Packages We provide a variety of hosting packages that are upgradeable as your site traffic volume expands.
Site Maintenance Mad Design and Hosting will provide free maintenance (support) for the first month. After the initial month, we will provide maintenance for one (1) hour per month for the balance of the twelve-month period. After one year, our charges are $25.00 per hour or a monthly fee can be negotiated.
Consultation The initial consultation is free. Any additional consultation will incur a charge of $12.50 per half-hour (minimum charge.)
Search Engine Submission
After your site is designed and ready to be published, we will submit your site to all search engines. We will provide this service throughout the life of your web site through our site maintenance program. Listing your new site on search engines is a marketing must. The cost to submit your site varies on your budget and the coverage that you want. Mad Design and Hosting will initially submit your site to the engines of your choice as part of your site maintenance with the only cost to you being the actual submission fee(s) and/or the "pay per click" deposit(s) for the engines you choose.

Logo Design We can create a logo for your site, whether it is generic or business specific. Why pay high prices, when you can choose from a variety of logos we have on our site for only $25.00 each. You pay only $25.00 for any of the logos we have on our site (minor modifications to the logo, such as color, text style, and size color are included in the cost.) If you wish to make other modifications to the sample logos, or are looking for a logo that is not sampled, there may be additional fees involved. Any additional charges will depend on the logo you are requesting and we will be glad to provide you a quote prior to the completion of your order.
Additional Photos (other than those specified on package description) Most pages include one (1) photo per page (excluding E-commerce and Store Front pages). For additional photos, we charge $7.50 per additional photo for digital and $10.00 if they need to be scanned. For E-commerce and Store Front sites we charge $12.50 for each additional product and/or image over the amount included in the package selected.
Forms A form for visitors to fill out to contact you, we charge $25.00 for each form. Please include a list of all fields that you require, additional fees may be incurred for any changes.
Flash Logo or Graphic An animated Flash logo or graphic $45.00 and up.
Froogle Data Feed
We charge $12.50 per Froogle Data Feed (for e-commerce sites.) Click the link for more information on Froogle
Reciprocal Link Exchange Although this extra is not part of site maintenance, we will be happy to add your reciprocal links to your site as part of the maintenance program. However, you must look for and request any link exchange and supply us this information. If you wish for Mad Design and Hosting to look for and request reciprocal links to your web site, there will be a charge of $25.00 per hour.
Forum $75.00 for up to four (4) categories and sixteen (16) topics. Additional categories will be billed at $10.00 each with up to four (4) topics each. Any charges for a paid forum are your responsibility. If you decide to host your site with us, you can have a free forum. The forum that is included in your hosting package is generic. If you would prefer to have a forum that looks like your site, there are monthly fees involved.
Guestbook $20.00 to set up. Your visitors can leave comments. Your hosting package includes a guestbook and is generic. If you would prefer a guestbook that looks like your site, there are monthly fees involved.
Calendar of Events $20.00 to set up. Easy for your visitors to keep up with your schedule of events. Your hosting package includes a calendar and is generic. If you would prefer a calendar that looks like your site, there are monthly fees involved.
