Q. Can I use my "real" email address on my
site? A. We do not recommend using your "real" email address on your
website. Any email address listed on your site is subject to virus and/or spam
attacks. Using a new email address from your website domain (as in,
"yourname@yourdomain.com) will protect you. If your site is hosted with us, all
domain name email addresses have a virus scan. A domain name email also can
have "spam assassin" enabled, which will recognize and remove most spam emails
that you receive.

Q. What if my company is not
in your geographical area? A. Not all of our clients live near enough for
me to drive to. In that case, we can conduct our business over the phone, or via
e-mail or fax. If your company is not within driving distance, you will need to
send me all the information you want on your site and I would call you for any
additional information that I might need. In that case, you would need to mail
me original or digital photos (if you want any on your site). Once you have
decided to hire us to create your website, you would send a check for the
appropriate deposit (based on size of site and time quoted to complete the site
- see our terms page for more information) plus the payment for your domain name
and site hosting. We will make all the arrangements for the domain name and site
hosting.

Q. What if my company name is not
available as a domain name? A. When you contract for our services, we
will explore all the domain names available that match your company's name

not to your advantage to have your company name as the domain name. Before we
register any name, we will contact you to determine which of the available names
you would like to use. For more information on selecting your domain name.

search engines? A. When your website is published to the internet, we
will submit your site to search engines - both the free ones and any that you
choose to pay for. The initial submission is included in the cost of your site.
Any submissions beyond the first one will need to included in a maintenance
package. However, we will give you a list of the search engines we have
submitted to, in the event you wish to re-submit them yourself (most free search

Q. Who will own my website? A.
Once you have made payment in full, your website is your property. We will give
you a CD with your website on it and the user ID and password for your hosting
company. Your name and address will be used to create your site at the hosting
site. However, we feel that our email address should be used so that any
announcements regarding hosting your site will be sent to us... if you prefer to
be notified, we will be glad to use your email address with the hosting company.
In that case, you would be responsible to the hosting company for your
site. Your domain name will be registered in your name and address;
initially, our email address will be used until all the hosting issues are
resolved. After that time, we will be glad to change the contact email address
to you, if that is your wish. You would then be directly responsible for
renewing your domain name.

Q. Will my website be completely
unique? A. Although we use templates as a basis, your site will be as
unique as possible, with the use of logos, photos, flash movies, etc. We make
every effort to take these templates and make changes, if possible, so that your
website will be "your own". And, we guarantee that we will never use the same
template for any other of our clients.

graphics/photos that were obtained via public access, then they remain public

Q. Can you guarantee a good search engine placement
- as in, the first or second page? A. We cannot guarantee any specific
search engine placement. Depending on your product/service and/or the keywords
used, there could be anywhere from several hundred to several million entries.
Obviously, the more unique your product/service (and keywords), the better
chance you have for a higher placement. Other factors include the number of
times your site appears on other websites... see "reciprocal linking" on our Marketing page.
